Glenn Memorial offers many opportunities for you to get involved! Come join us!

Baptist Women  Glenn Memorial's Baptist Women are missions-minded and dedicated. We are always

on the look out for those needing a helping hand or needing to hear about Jesus' love.  The Baptist Women

head up our Operation Christmas Child shoebox collection, feed Longwood students at the Collegiate Ministries

Building, and fill backpacks to comfort children in crisis. We meet the first and third Mondays of each month at

   7:00PM.

Our Special Blessings Baptist Women serve shut-ins and nursing home patients. If you have a heart for the elderly,
join us on the fourth Monday each month at 10:00AM.

Stitches of Hope  crochets and knits afghans, baby caps, mittens and small quilts. We recently made Victory Prayers

shawls for the "Save our Patriots" efforts begun by Samaritan's Purse.  Our Stitches of Hope group meets on the

second Thursday each month at 10:00AM.

Senior's  meet on fourth Fridays for dinner and entertainment.

Choir  practices at 7:15 on Wednesday evenings. Children's

Choir practices at 6:45 on Mondays.  Praise and Worship Choir practices

on Wednesdays at 6:00.  Come make a joyful noise!

Baptist Men Our Glenn Memorial men come together to serve in many ways. In their Firewood Ministry, the Baptist Men cut
fallen trees, split wood and deliver it to
people in need.  Our youth also help with this important ministry for people in our
      community.

Prayer Warriorsmeet at 6:45-7:15 on Wednesdays.  Come pray for those on our list, in your heart, and around the world.

Gleaning for the World helps fight hunger.  This group leaves from Glenn Memorial Baptist Church at 6:15PM on the third
     Tuesday each month.
School Supplies Collection  It is never too early to begin collecting school supplies for next year!  There will be two bins
in the vestibule, one marked for local students and one marked for our Bland Ministry backpacks.  The Baptist Womenhave
supported the Bland County Ministry for many years as the need is great there with many unemployed.
